Training Cave are raising money for Kirkwood hospice.
Kirkwood looked after our coach Paul Wild during his last few months.
We made a promise to him that we would raise money for their charity in his memory.
This class is free but we ask that all participants make a donation to the charity. There will be a charity bucket in the gym and a just giving page.
