14+ boxing classes

Monday 7.30-8.30pm

Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm

Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm

Our senior boxing classes are open to people from 14 years+.

Our junior boxing classes are open to people from 9-13 years.

The aims of these sessions are to teach the basic skills of boxing.

These classes are predominantly run by two coaches allowing sparring to take place while members who do not wish to take part in any contact training can focus on skills only.
